The content, experiences, and modalities offered (including but not limited to HBOT, cryotherapy, PEMF, and breathwork) are for wellness and educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before embarking on any new wellness program or using any specialized equipment, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or are nursing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and booking any experience with Wellness Caravan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that participation in wellness activities, including physical movement, exposure to heat/cold, and use of technological recovery tools, involves inherent risks.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, related to your participation. You hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Wellness Caravan, its owners, employees, contractors, and venue partners from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with your participation.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Reservations: All sessions must be booked in advance via our platform.
  • Cancellations: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
  • Late Arrival: Arriving late may result in a shortened session time to ensure we stay on schedule for other guests.

4. Code of Conduct

The Wellness Caravan is a sanctuary. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates this code of conduct, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The materials on Wellness Caravan's website, including text, graphics, logos, and course content, are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, or reproduce this material without our written consent.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this site. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
